What a great day we had in the end for Natalie and Michael’s Saltburn Spa Wedding.
When I asked what Michael and Natalie particularly wanted for their wedding day, the answer was photographs on Saltburn Pier. When I asked if there was anything they were worried about they said “not getting photographs on Salburn Pier”. I was slightly concerned then when I was met by torrential rain at the venue on arrival, partnered with black cloud as far as the eye could see (it is all okay, you will see later!).
Bride and Groom were both very relaxed and their two little boys absolutely perfect! You can see from some of the early groom photographs just what the sky was looking like. Amazing then that not only did the rain stop in time for the photographs (not for one moment longer than needed), but it was actually very bright sunshine.
The service was lovely and little Jake played his part as ring bearer without a hitch.
Sometimes the introduction to your walking out music can be a little long…
A brisk stroll down the pier to get those photographs, with Michael keeping a weather eye throughout.
And what Best Men’s speech would be complete without a game of Mr & Mrs?
I had a great time photographing Michael and Natalie’s wedding and I think you can see from the photos that they enjoyed the day too.
