Imelda and David’s Hartlepool Headland wedding was on a day where stepping out of the car was like stepping out of a plane on holiday. Hot, hot, hot! Of course being on the North East coast we couldn’t expect a still day even so. I think a dry, warm but slightly windy day will do us all just fine.

Aaron and Joanne chose to combine their Wedding with daughter Abigail’s Christening. The watch word for the day was “low-key”, as they both wanted the minimum of fuss whilst making it a true family celebration. A joint Wedding and Christening was definitely a first for me, and offered some unique photo opportunities.
The service was at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary RC Church in Billingham, with a reception at The Treebridge Hotel and Restaurant.

We had lovely bright sunshine for Jen and Paul’s vibrant Gisborough Hall wedding, starting with a church service at St Margaret’s in Brotton. Bright colour and sparkle was the order of the day, with bridesmaids in shimmering purple and fushia gowns. Read more →
They say never work with children or animals, but I was assured that Ledean and Martyn’s pet Border Collie, Joey, would do anything for a ball. This turned out to be pretty much true, but still didn’t stop the odd doggy photo-bomb from happening during their pre-wedding shoot. What a great day we had in the end for Natalie and Michael’s Spa Hotel Saltburn Wedding.
When I asked what Michael and Natalie particularly wanted for their wedding day, the answer was photographs on Saltburn Pier. When I asked if there was anything they were worried about they said “not getting photographs on Salburn Pier”. I was slightly concerned then when I was met by torrential rain at the venue on arrival, partnered with black cloud as far as the eye could see! Read more →
